Lady Wolverines wallop Wheeler

West Forsyth’s girls improved their overall record to 6-4 midway through the team’s sophomore season with a 17-3 romp against the Lady Wildcats of Wheeler.
All four of the Lady Wolverines losses have come against teams ranked in the top 10 in the state. West’s defense had one of its best games of the season, while Kassie Smith was able to consistently win the draws.
The offense continues to shine by averaging more than 13 goals per game.
The Lady Wolverines travel to Coal Mountain on Tuesday to face the Lady Raiders for the second time this season.
