Lambert’s girls lacrosse team put on a show in its first-ever home game Tuesday night.

The Lady Longhorns (3-3 overall) scored early and often against the Grayson Rams (1-4), building a 5-0 lead and going on to win 18-9.

Lambert led 9-3 at halftime.

Defenders Amy Simmons, Chandler Menendes, Anna Lummus and goalie Deena Kasmarik  led Lambert’s strong defensive play, frustrating the transition play of the Rams.

The Lady Longhorns were led on the offensive end by Emma Harrison (7 goals), Madeline Banyas (5 goals) and Grace Sisserson (3 goals).  Becky Raines, Nicole Renner and Deena Kasmarik each contributed one goal.
